Description (partial)

After configuring "tcp packets-out-of-order transmit after-reordering", the GGSN introduced a 5 sec delay very often. This delay is slowing down the transfer and eventually the end-user/MS gives up and RESET the connection.

"tcp packets-out-of-order transmit after-reordering" is configured under the rulebase and default timeout applies

GGSN running build 14.0 (50882)
