Description (partial)

Symptom:
Calls between MCU and endpoints registered to CUCM as a proxy stay up on MCU if the endpoint has disconnected unexpectedly. Call Manager will not disconnect the call due to a feature called call preservation.

Conditions:
All MCU versions connecting to devices through a Call manager.
