Manual set DVO callback number as 111222333 then clear, after save, the manual setting DVO number can't make effect.

Step to reproduce:
1. User A log in CUP in Android Jabber. A has enabled the DVO service.
In Setting-->Calling Options->DVO callback number->Enter another number->111222333
2, In Calling options page, the DVO callback number display as 111222333
3. Clear this number in Enter another number and Save.
4.Check DVO callback number page, it will sill display the enter another number as 111222333.

expect result:
After clear the manual number, it should display empty.

actual result:
It still display as 111222333.
