Symptom:
7962 phone not able to record missed call in call history

Conditions:
phone is running version SCCP42.9-3-1-1S on CUCM 9.0
there is no call record in the call history. other phone call this phone and this phone don't answer. this phone don't have any record of the missed call in call history.
