Description (partial)

When using 3rd-party network access device (like a 3rd party VPN concentrator) going through an inline posture node, the client provisioning might fail because all the attributes of the session weren't passed by the 3rd party device and therefore weren't populated properly in the internal ISE database. We then might see an exception being thrown when the endpoint is trying to do client provisioning on a PDP.
