Cisco Bug: CSCub17207 - Upgrade to 4.5(2) requires additional manual steps for IDC installer

Description (partial)

1. Prior to upgrading to 4.5(1.002), 4.5(1) & 4.5(2) were listed in IDC Management > IDC Versions. 4.5(1) is non-specified version and 4.5(2) is recommended version.
2. Run the rollback script to roll back the version to 4.5(1).
3. Run the 4.5(1.002) upgrade script to upgrade to 4.5(1.002).
4. Select 4.5(1.002) from IDC Management > IDC Installer.
5. Download IDC. I expect to download 4.5(1.002) from step #4.
6. After IDC installation completes, launch IDC. 
7. However "IDC version is not supported by server" is prompted.
8. 4.5(2) is listed first, then 4.5(1) and 4.5(1.002) under IDC Management > IDC Versions. NOTE: all of them are
non-specified. I think 4.5(2) was the one being downloaded.
9. 4.5(1.002) should be automatically specified as Recommended version after the upgrade to 4.5(1.002) completes.
