Description (partial)

During investigation of SR 621934575, we noticed multiple types of corrupted packets sent by L4F 
on behalf of WAAS Express. One of those corrupted packets is being documented under CSCua61097. 
This defect captures the other corrupted packet

The nature of the corruption is as follows:

The actual data provided by WAAS Express to L4F/TCP to send out, is found 12 bytes into the TCP 
data segment, instead of being found at the beginning of the TCP segment. The first 12 bytes have 
values that are completely un-related to WAAS Express. 

The corrupted packet can be found in packet #11  in attachment [SR-packet1-stream2178.pcap]
