Description (partial)

Symptom:
Update CMR records for calls from sip endpoints & sip trunks

Conditions:
Currently there are no CMR records generated when calls are made from sip endpoints or when calls pass through a sip trunk, raising this defect so that we can get support for this feature.

Hello, I'm trying to print QOS report. Problem: I have a major part of the calls flagged as NA. The Call Manager service parameter CDR Enabled Flag is set to True. CAR parameter Load CDR only is unchecked.   When I download the CMR file, some of the lines contains data for the following columns, but the other lines not.
