Description (partial)

Symptom:
When restoring the TMS Agents backup from an old TMS to a new TMS installation creats a password inconsistancy issue that while then cause TMS Agent diagnostic errors and will not allow the replication of the TMS Agents to the VCS.
Conditions:
Scenario:
TMS install using Legacy TMS Agents.
The LDAP Configuration password and LDAP Replication Password has been changed (no longer TANDBERG).
Run a backup of the TMS Agents.
When moving to the new server, copy over only the zip file.

Install TMS on new server. With the zip file in the backup location, restore the TMS Agents.
