Cisco Bug: CSCub15957 - MCU does not refresh SIP registration if 200 OK contact header is over 2
Dec 17, 2015
- Cisco TelePresence MCU 4500 Series
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: The MCU doesn't send REGISTER message to refresh the session interval and the session expires. Conditions: The MCU can read a maximum of 256 characters in the contact header in the 200 OK message in the REGISTER message. When a long user name/domain name is used, this 200 OK message may exceed the 256 character limit. Therefore MCU fails to check the expiry field in the end of the 200 OK message and assumes it is registered forever.
