Description (partial)

Symptom:
Users UI changed to Number witheld and has Unknown in the title and a picture place holder, in addition the UI  hold/resume button no longer functions

Conditions:
- Brendan called Mary
- Call active, voice and video path present.
- Mary transferred to Rachel (assisted transfer)
- During transfer process Brendan stopped sending video
- Rachel transferred back to Mary (assisted transfer)
- Brendan moved the Call Control around the screen during the transfer, DTMF pad open and came detached during the     move around the screen.
- Mary had video from Brendan after transfer.
