Description (partial)

Symptom:
On a Cisco IOS router configured with Performance Routing (PfR) that is configured to generate a PfR SNMP traps, PfR traffic-class event notify may not be correctly generated.

Conditions:
This problem occurs when "set trap-enable" is configured by config CLI under "pfr-map" configuration in order to generate PfR traffic-class event notifies.
