Cisco Bug: CSCub12691 - IDS optimization causing out of order replication to replicate targets

- Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When VOSS is used to insert PLAR routepartitions and numplans, calls may fail with the following: 'Call cannot be completed as dialed' when handset is lifted off hook. This only affects subscribers nodes. Conditions: See SR 622473635 for additional details. VOSS inserted the routePartition and NumPlan records (in that sequence) on the publisher. This data was then replicated to the subscribers where IDS ER optimization may process the NumPlan record insert prior to the RoutePartition insert. As a result, the transactional order of the RoutePartition and NumPlan insert is not guaranteed resulting in a problem when these records are copied into IMDB based on the order in which they arrive.
