Description (partial)

Symptom:

When a managed device changes hostname and the user updates the device hostname in Inventory > Device Administration > Add / Import / Manage Devices, the Fault pages do not reflect these changes. Fault Monitor and Admin > Collection Settings > Fault > Fault Monitoring Device Administration still show the old hostname.

Fault should show the correct hostname.

Conditions:

Device has changed hostname. Problem is only seen with Fault. Inventory and Config management and Topology show the new hostname correctly.
