Description (partial)

Symptom:
On FI6248 , port label(eth1,eth2) of L1,L2 are swapped against FI6120/6140
On FI6120 , L1 is eth1 , L2 is eth2
But on FI6248 , L1 is eth2 , L2 is eth1

On 6248 , when L1 is pulled , eth2 is down like following.
