Symptom: CUCM does not tear down a call where one endpoint has lost connection to CUCM for call control and the MTP reports that no media is flowing. Need for CUCM to tear down the call when this situation occurs. Conditions: It happens mid call, SDL traces shows end point unregistered, and call is put in preservation mode.
