Description (partial)

Readme files for different MP hotfixes are inconsistent and difficult to follow. Some readme files are in txt format, and some in doc, some are missing cksum values for files and precise instructions for copying on to the servers, extracting, assigning permissions, and proper execution. Readme files are often misleading in regards to need for a reboot.

All readme files are formated differently. Need to agree upon a unique standard that will be applied to all the readme files for all MP platforms and individual components. Every readme file should include the list of defects resolved by a hotfix, cksum value of the hotfix file, detailed instructions that customers can follow verbatim in order to apply the patch (if reboot is required it should be specified as a specific step of the process and not as a side note), and every readme file should be in the same standardized format regardless of the module (Outlook, Conference Manager, MP App server, MP Web, etc.) or platform (6.x, 7.x, 8.x)
