Symptom:
Update CMR records for calls from sip endpoints & sip trunks

Conditions:
Currently there are no CMR records generated when calls are made from sip endpoints or when calls pass through a sip trunk, raising this product enhancement request so that we can get support for this feature.

As this technology continues to move towards SIP solutions versus SCCP, it is crucial for large enterprise companies to be able to monitor their call quality via CMR records so as to be able to tackle issues before end users are affected at a large scale. Can we get an update from cisco as to when this bug will be fixed? ...
