Symptom:
Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) for Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) will freeze upon state change of Ready to Not Ready (or vice versa).

Conditions:
If Hyperlink Dialing is enabled via Cisco Desktop Administrator (CDA).
