Cisco Bug: CSCub02268 - Maximum TCP intercept config values too low for larger FWs
Sep 06, 2017
- Cisco ASA 5500-X Series Firewalls
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: With firewall platforms that support upwards of 2 million connections, the current upper configurable limit for 65535 for conn-max, per-client-max, embryonic-max and per-client-embryonic-max is too low for some situations. This bug is filed to raise that configured limit to something matching the platform capabilities. Conditions: The fix for this enhancement will increase the limit from 65535 to 2000000.
