Symptom:
Reported welcome to community content cannot be processed from Compliance Officer
Conditions:
1.	User A member of community reports its welcome content
2.	Compliance Officer tries to Request Change, Hide Content, Edit or Resolve this case
As result none of the options (Request Change, Hide Content, Edit or Resolve) evoke any action and reported content cannot be processed.
