Description (partial)

Symptom:

Cannot switch to deskphone mode for some users, when there's incorrect CUCM server 

Conditions:
The list of Unified Communications Manager (UCM) servers contains an IP address that does not correspond to a UCM server.
When the user tries to switch the Cisco Call Plug-in from computer audio to desktop phone mode, the operation is unsuccessful.
