Description (partial)

When connecting a hot-standby LACP connection through a vPC the following log messages are seen:
012 Jul  3 09:23:50 ETH_PORT_CHANNEL-3-RSP_TIMEOUT  Component MTS_SAP_LACP timed out on response to opcode:MTS_OPC_PCM_PROTOCOL_UP (for:Ethernet1/26)
2012 Jul  3 09:23:50 ETH_PORT_CHANNEL-3-LACP_ERROR  LACP Misconfiguration on Ethernet1/26
2012 Jul  3 09:23:50 ETHPORT-5-IF_SEQ_ERROR  Error ("LACP timed out or failed") communicating with MTS_SAP_ETH_PORT_CHANNEL_MGR for opcode MTS_OPC_ETHPM_PORT_BRINGUP (RID_PORT: Ethernet1/26) - Ethpm didn't receive a Link UP from the driver on time or had an internal error, check Port Client  and Ethpm 
2012 Jul  3 09:23:50 ETHPORT-2-IF_DOWN_ERROR_DISABLED  Interface Ethernet1/26 is down (Error disabled. Reason:LACP timed out or failed)
After these log messages are seen, the related ports go into 'err-disabled' mode.
