Symptom: Closing chat dialog or chat tab from warning pop-up during active call does not work properly if the user has deskphone device, the call is not ended and is still active on the DeskPhone device. Conditions: The User has softphone and deskphone devices with the same telephone number assigned. The default device is softphone.
