Symptom: Desktop chat client isn't launched when click on user in My contacts barlet Conditions: 1. User1 logges in Quad where Presence Only mode is configured 2. User1 goes to My contacts barlet and click on User2 to start a chat session. When User1 clicks on User2 nothing happens.
