Description (partial)

Symptom:
After upgrading ISE and connecting to the server via SSH for the first time after the upgrade you are prompted with an warning that the SSH key is not trusted by your client.  This message appears even if the SSH key was trusted before the upgrade.

Conditions:
Upgrading from ISE 1.1.0 to 1.1.1.
