Symptom:
Not showing Call Variables in CTIOS Agent Desktop during BC Activity.

Conditions:
1.	Agent should be logged in under BC MRD
2.	Call Variables should be sloshed for BC Queue in pa Console.
3.	Agent should be logged in for the same BC Queue in BC MRD.
