Description (partial)

User presence is not updated after network connectivity problem, using OCS

When an user's network is disconnected, his presence remains as it was (Available, Away, etc), rather than to change to Offline. He is still able to send messages to other users, and there's no visual error they haven't been sent.
The other users in the system see his old presence for up to 2 minutes (default setting).

Applicable when the chat server is OCS
