Description (partial)

Symptom:

A VPN tunnel router using certificates with CRL checking can see the memory utilization under its PKI-CRL process go up steadily. Even after clearing the CRL cache the memory utilization does not go down.

"show crypto pki crl" also shows a large negative value for "Parsed CRL cache current size"
