Cisco Bug: CSCua93707 - ATA 187 does not accept all ip addresses for NTP Server

Description (partial)

When configuring the NTP Server on the ATA 187 Configuration page we get the below error:

NTP Server: does not match with the pattern (^(@.+)|(((?:2[0-5]{2}|1\d{2}|[1-9]\d|[1-9])\.(?:(?:2[0-5]{2}|1\d{2}|[1-9]\d|\d)\.){2}(?:2[0-5]{2}|1\d{2}|[1-9]\d|\d))($|(:(\d|[1-9]\d|[1-9]\d{2,3}|[1-5]\d{4}|6[0-4]\d{3}|654\d{2}|655[0-2]\d|6553[0-5])($|@.+))|(@.+)))). Click on the service parameter name or scroll to the top of the page and click the yellow question mark (?) to see service parameter help.

The error is thrown when the NTP server IP address end with (5, 6, 7, 8 or 9) 
ATA firmware 9-2-3-1 firmware and qed file installed
