Symptom: The Prime Central Common Inventory portlet does not model cluster devices correctly. Conditions: This problem occurs under the following conditions: 1. Add any cluster (for example, a Cisco ASR 9000 cluster) to Prime Network. In Prime Network, the physical modeling contains multiple chassis for a cluster device. 2. From the Prime Central menu, choose Inventory > Common Inventory > Devices. 3. The Common Inventory portlet shows inventory information for only one chassis, but the device cluster contains multiple chassis.
