Headline:
security-profile changes to default momentarily for a given VM during port-profile change of other VM(s)

Symptom:
show vsg ip-binding shows default security-profile momentarily  for VM during port-profile change of other VM(s)

Conditions:
a. Virtual Machines are protected by VSG
b. Toggling of a given VM's port-profile from one to another belonging to same org and same VSG affects the binding of other VM(s)
c.  This happens momentarily and it recovers within few seconds of the Port-profile update. Traffic from or to the affected VM may get dropped for any new connections during the update window.
