Description (partial)

Symptom:
When an IPsec connection is requested and the system is put to sleep in the 
middle of a posture assessment, a connection not successful prompt is shown to 
the user once the host was brought up from the sleep state. After clicking on 
'OK' on this prompt, and another connection is quickly requested by clicking on 
'Connect' on the AnyConnect GUI. Once the connection is requested, the credential 
prompt would never appear but the AnyConnect GUI would still show the 'Please 
enter username and password' message.

Conditions:
Putting the system to sleep in the middle of a posture assessment and quickly 
requesting a connection after the system wakes up.
