Description (partial)

Symptom:

"A B C" softkey is displayed on the phone in the Offhook state, and it cannot be removed administratively.

Conditions:

This occurs on an upgrade to the firmware verison 9.3(1).

Ok, i'm resurrecting a dead thread topic from 2012 because it appears to be an issue with our current install on 9.1.2 CUCM 9.1.2.10000-28 9971 running FW sip9971.9-4-1-9 upgraded from sip9971.9-3-2SR1-1 I'm looking to disable the ABC/123 button and still cannot find where to do so.
