Description (partial)

When CTS with 2048 bit security certificates tries to join a secure CTMS
conference, it will be dropped. If it tries to join a scheduled (best-effort)
meeting, the meeting and the endpoint will be downgraded to non-secure.

This affects the newer CTS which comes with manufacturer installed 2048 bit
security certificates.
