Symptom:
UCCX backup may report as successful but in reality might not contain data as it should.

Conditions:
For any reason, the backup TAR does not contain any historical and/or configuration data.

uccx 8.0 backup restore
Hi Everybody, I am testing in lab a way to backup restore. I have a UCCX version 8.0.2.11005-20 with IVR demo license (first node). The backup restore was completed with success (see Restore.jpg), after that I restarted my server apparently my demo license was invalidated (see FalhaLicenseMac.jpg). I was simulating a disaster here, and I would like to know if it it possible to restore the backup using a demo license. I tried to upload another kind of license (enh, std, pre) but anything worked.
