Description (partial)

Symptom:
Receiving the following error message in log periodically after migrating interaces between VDC's with QOS configurations:

Conditions:
Occurs after migrating interfaces between VDC's with QOS settings, the PSS or Binary Configuration in memory gets corrupted. 
 
Workaround(s):
As a workaround, a write-erase must be performed, followed by a reload and re-adding the configurations to the switch.
