Description (partial)

Symptom:

Recording/Monitoring service shows Inactive during Publisher switch over. Behavior seen on Cisco Agent Desktop and Cisco Supervisor Desktop.

Once Publisher node goes down as part of the Switchover process the Rec/Mon service [which is defaultly connected to Publisher node when "Default VoIP Monitor" device is not defined in web based Cisco Desktop Administrator] should auto connect to Subscriber node and should show Active in service.

Please note: It is recommended to close CAD/CSD/CDA during switch over process, this defect is being raised to enhance the current behavior.

- Normal Switch over process
- Software upgrade and switch over process
