Symptom: When in fringe coverage areas, HWIC-3G-CDMA and PCEX-3G-CDMA users roam onto other carrier networks. This roaming causes increased costs for the user in monthly roaming charges. Users of these cards want to be able to lock the units to their carrier networks much like setting the PRL code for GSM cards. Conditions: Router location(s) at fringe of carrier networks roaming onto other networks because roaming is enabled.
