Cisco Bug: CSCtf39306 - show blocks exhaustion snapshot only takes single snapshot

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

The show blocks exhaustion snapshot command is only useful after all available blocks of a given size reach 0. When the blocks reach 0 the ASA should collect data about the current state of the blocks in show blocks exhaustion snapshot, in this case we do not see a new snapshot being taken.

All available blocks of a given size must reach 0 for a exhaustion snapshot to take place.
