Known Affected Releases
Symptom: NGS Twin service doesn't start if the SSL certificate installed on both NGS Servers doesn't match the real hostname. Some system integrator might be required to install a cert not matching the hostname especially when using load balancing mechanism to direct the sponsors toward the shortest path NGS. Conditions: explained above.
