Symptom:
steps:
1.configure 2 phones A, B shared line, A, B are both SIP phone
2.phone C call phone A
3. phone A answer call
4. A put the call on hold , now B is in remote hold
5. B resume the remote hold call

The observation is : A,B,C are all disconnected.
Conditions:
remote hold resume
