"ERROR:LEXORDER" Observed when doing an snmpwalk on the WLC on 6.0.196.0

Conditions:

WLC on 6.0.196.0.
snmpwalk application that shows errors on out of order or decreasing OID.
A simple snmpwalk may not show the error but the out of order OID is visible
