Description (partial)

Symptom:
ISG sessions traffic may not drop unmatched default traffic as expected after sessions have been 
disconnected and re-established.

Conditions:
If an operational 'clear sss sess <n>/all' is performed on an ASR-1000 series router on some or all of 
the sessions, the session behavior may occur.
