Description (partial)

When performance traffic is enabled on any interface, the sum total of stats (packet count and byte counts) for all the intervals for any given flow is lesser than the values seen on the tester.

A partial inteval is defined as a period of time less than 5 seconds.
This can happen due to too reasons:
* Because microcode marks a flow active and starts collecting statistics only if the flow is active for at least 5 seconds. EA learns about the flow from microcode and starts aggregating these statistics only AFTER the first 5 seconds have elapsed and subsequently this information is made available in the show command outputs.

* Also the microcode punts are packet driven, not time driven, hence the very last partial interval data (less than 5 seconds) is not received by EA and updated in the aggregate statistics.

Hence the aggregate count of packets and bytes as seen in performance traffic CLI outputs will not account for the data received int he first 5 seconds (this is the extra value seen by the user in the tester)
