Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Agent is able to to Login with Invalid or Null Instrument ID using CTI OS Agent desktop. Conditions: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login Agent with Valid Agent ID and Instrument ID using CTI OS Agent desktop. 2. Logout the Agent 3. Re-login the same agent without Instrument ID 4. Login attempt is successful.
