Symptom: LDAP SSL turns on automatically and port 3269 prefills upon the user provisioning the client application. Conditions: When CUCM is configured on the TCT device for "Allow End User Configuration Editing = disable" (note the issue also occurs when Enabled), and LDAP SSL is disabled, and LDAP IP server is provided without a port, when the client provisions the app, at the time they push save for LDAP, it changes SSL ON (should not) and also updates SSL port 3269 (should not).
