Description (partial)

LDAP SSL turns on automatically and port 3269 prefills upon the user provisioning the client application.

When CUCM is configured on the TCT device for "Allow End User Configuration Editing = disable" (note the issue also occurs when Enabled), and LDAP SSL is disabled, and LDAP IP server is provided without a port, when the client provisions the app, at the time they push save for LDAP, it changes SSL ON (should not) and also updates SSL port 3269 (should not).
