Symptom:

User  to schedule a meeting with large number of invitees via web (250+ Attendees). When adding a user which their account is locked or a guest use , it only add the user name and the user without an email address . In comparison other users when entering their user name , the drop down window showing the user name and email and when you select and click it works fine. 

It will add the user with email address field blank and it does not take the insertion of email address. 

these type of users can not be deleted from the list of invitee's 

If a normal profile users marked to be deleted, on the update, it show to be deleted , but the users with email blank field need to be filled and then when you press update it will mark the profile user ' to be Deleted'  instead of the trash can , but still the  users with blank email that we added the email for the  update , still showing blank. When want to press submit , the blank email address on the users without it need to be filled up and when click submit the user marked to be deleted will get removed from the list , but still the users with email address filled before pressing icon on the previous step still remain without the email address. 

Conditions:

Schedule a meeting via web UI .
 the hotfix 7.0 (2.3) 5H already applied
