- Cisco 3800 Series Integrated Services Routers
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Removing an ephone-dn after an attempted preemption causes the router to crash and reboot. Conditions: A, B, C, D are Skinny Phones registered to a CME. A is associated with an Octal line dn (say dn 5) 1) A makes a call to B and they are eventually connected. 2) A puts B on Hold 3) A makes a new Call to C and they are eventually connected 4) A then puts C on Hold and Resumes B for active conversation. 5) B then disconnects the call. 6) A continues to be on Hold with C. 7) Now if "no ephone-dn 5" is configured, CME crashes.
