Description (partial)

Symptom:
The following symptoms may be observed on Unity Connection running on VMWare.
1) Traces are set, but they are not being output to logs.
2) Logs are filled with DbEvent errors and warnings.
3) DbEventPublisher service cannot be restarted.
4) MWIs may be out of sync for users.

Conditions:
This issue may be seen on Unity Connection 8.0(2) and later, after the NIC is disabled and re-enabled on the virtual machine.
